Our Wood Prints are made using only the finest birchwood, which is a certified renewable resource grown specifically to be harvested. This means we are never harming old growth forests. The hardwood boards are ½-inch thick and extremely durable. The solid feel is immediately noticed when you hold it in your hands, and you just know it’s a piece of art that’s made to last.
Natural & Unique
When we print your photo on wood, you get a piece of artwork that’s loaded with character and completely unique. In fact, no two prints are alike! The wood’s natural warm tones and grain become a part of your image, creating a beautiful effect that lends a subtle vintage feel to your photo. The gorgeous nine-layered hardwood edges are left natural, providing a uniquely artisan look. Because we’re printing your photo directly onto the wood’s natural surface, the color of the wood will show in areas of your photo that includes white or low saturation. If true color accuracy is important to you, a Wood Print isn’t your best option; you’re better off choosing any of our other products, with the exception of the Brushed Silver Metal Prints which have the raw metal show through.
Durabile & Fade-Resistant
Printed using the giclee method and original AGFA inks, your photo is printed directly onto the surface of the wood. Inks permeate the first layer of the wood ply, making it resistant to scratching and chipping. The result is a smooth matte finish that gives off a genuine wood feel. Even better, our Wood Prints are rated for 100+ years of fade-resistance.

We start with a nice, thick, half-inch sheet of premium birchwood. We print directly on the wood’s surface using state-of-the-art inkjet printers and Posterjack software for warm, pleasing colours and sharp details. Our premium birchwood sheets are of the highest quality with a perfectly sanded surface. This allows the ink to absorb into the wood, giving an excellent image structure while maintaining superior durability. Colors transition toward the warmer tones of the wood, creating a unique organic filter with the wood grain shining through.
